Unfortunately, a relic of days gone by. Some staff are clueless and there to tick a diversity/equality box, some are knowledgeable. If you're a PC gamer, one of the biggest markets out there, they have next to no selection now. Disappointing.

I hope to God that you have better service. I bought a Xbox one from this shop in Walsall yesterday. For 150 pounds. It had bare wires on the lead when I got home. The console overheated and turned it self off twice. I took it back to the shop this morning only to be told they will not exchange it. They put it on for ten mins and when it had not turned off. They refused to refund. They spoke to me like I was a tramp and reduced me to tears..... I have to now go and seek advice on see what I can do about their shoddy sales and attitude even though I had a guarantee for 12 months. And I had only had the console for less then 24 hours . I am going to get a refund. No matter what it takes

Brought a phone from here. The phone crashed a few times and was running slow. It was also bent. And sometimes the phone even though its connected to wifi it will not connect to anything. They said there was a 14 day return policy. Some policy that was now they say it has to have some natural cause to it. Some store this was just so that they could keep there money. They accused me of bending the phone saying that it would not of looked like that if they sold. Dirty liars. They even said just on the purchase it was grade c so it was going to be their fault. Buy games from the store that's fine but never buy tech because you can never trust them.
