Its a store with literally everything you need except useful staff, 6 or 7 people queuing for service and all the staff just wandering about ignoring us. Otherwise its a great store with bargains
It's a toy store and a good one at that! Loads of toys to choose from and something for the big kids too! Like games and consoles! Always a great selection and the prices are always lower than the usual high street!
We went to Smyths today to get a new car seat for our 6 month old as he’d started to grow out of his prem baby one.nUnfortunately our son HATES car journeys, he always has done! however, Connor was absolutely incredible! He helped us find the right car seat that will grow with our son, fitted it in our car and even ensured our baby was properly sat in it. Cannot fault him at all, absolute credit to your team. I have already recommended him to friends to come and get their next car seats.
All lovely staff apart from the lady who served us horrible person with no people skills wouldnt let us use employee family and friends discount as my brother wasn't with us this has never been needed as I came here last week and just used it fine this woman had a full on argument with us and was very rude about it in front on young children. This ' woman' shouldnt work in a shop when she hasn't got any people skills
Popped in today to get my children new car seats for their grandparents car. The staff were so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They helped us from start to finish meaning we could leave knowing the car seats were fixed correctly in the car and ready for use. Really great experience
