I'm afraid the customer service is poor. I concur with the other reviews. A much more pleasant experience can be found at the Copy shop in St. Peters and it's cheaper!

Disgusting behavior and appalling customer service by Susie today. Her attitude was horrible and she was so impatient making me feel really uneasy. Constantly kept rolling her eyes and being so rude. Needed to get passport photos printed out and whilst my dad tried to explain to her what was necessary she constantly cut between and put a rude opinion forward. Never encountered such bad customer service ANYWHERE. Do not recommend visiting !!

Absolutely appalling service by Susie today. I very rarely get photo's developed in a store as is easier to do it online but for Xmas presents was very handy to do this in the store today. On the machine it clearly says 'dont panic ask for help. I found this very reassuring and asked for very needed help. Susie was very detached and inpatient and was instructing me as the machine was telling me in order for me to clearly do it myself. During certain points I was unable to find the pointers required and almost with disbelief she pointed out where they were on my phone. I remember apologising at least 3 times as I was made to feel inadequate and rather foolish having to ask for help. She gave me no added support or checking to see if I was ok. I had to reluctantly ask her a couple more things but at one point did avoid asking her and asked Chloe instead who was a little bit more patient but still not appearing to want to help. I work in retail and was quite appalled at the service I received today in your store and will not be returning or recommending. In my store we would be pulled in the office for giving service like that. I think some training in customer service would be greatly required here.
