Shocking customer services! Can't even exchange a pair of £65 trainers that are impossible to break in and cause skin to fall off the back of my feet! Just to point you in direction of customer services which also says it's the stores discretion....so what the point of customer services?? Could be sent off for a inspection they say....but it will take over 2 weeks and probably no change. Just a complete RIP OFF...avoid unless you like feeling frustrated and annoyed!
