Excellent service from Blake and Aaron in carphone warehouse. I was in on 2 occasions this week for 2 different phones and they were really helpful, giving me plenty of time and advice. Didn't try to push me over budget and did their best to help recover my contacts from my old phone that I managed to kill.

Went in today to buy a new PC, after initially being told that the pc monitor we wanted was out of stock, another colleague Daniel went out to check the delivery and he found the monitor for us! Excellent customer service, and an overall great purchase.

Newly devloped store and very presentable, went to this store to purchase a Google Home however there is a lack of staff and was told there was a 10 minute wait to being served to purchase this product. Considering this is a Saturday and Christmas is near I am surprised by how poorly staffed they are. Decided to buy the Google Home elsewhere in the end.

Ver impressed. We went into Currys at Westwood and were looking a televisions. Caylie the assistant was honest and very helpful and very knowledgable. There was no sales push, just information on which to base our decision. She showed us the best TV from Which, which was over £200 cheaper than the one we were looking at and only when asked about the best TV's did she advise us on what was the best options. She was encouraging us to go away and think about it first, with no pushing fo a sale. Very impressed and would definitely buy from them again.

It suprised me that 8 years ago none of the staff new anything about their own products and had to read from the display cards, in 2017 8 years later it is as bad, they really haven't got clue about any of the products , even if pcworld dont train them on product range they could learn it and pass it on to the customers, but as usual getting paid and dont care lifestyle, remember ! job losses will happen if you font get youre act together .
