In the last 6 months, we have had to replace a built-in washing machine for ourselves, and we bought a stand-alone washing machine for our daughter as well.nnBoth times we visited our local store as we wanted to purchase and take home the new machine on the same day.nnEach time we visited, there was a good variety of makes and models to choose from and offers on several machines too.nnStaff were very efficient, pleasant, and knowledgeable. It was very straightforward and easy to make both purchases, and we were pleased at the price paid.
We have not always had the best experience at Curry's in Thanet but yesterday a member of staff called Alfie was exceptionally helpful setting up a new tablet for me. Far and away the best customer service we have had at this store.
The staff were excellent but very few of them , waited ages to ask questions about a new TV , got good information from the Gentleman, verynknowledgeable. He turned up just in time as I was 2 seconds away from walking out and spending my money elsewhere.
Went in today as I’m due a phone contact upgrade and had already been looking online to get an idea of what’s available at what price, but thought I would go and see what Curry’s could offer just in case; AND IM GLAD I DID! not only did a I save the best part of £20 a month on my contact, the service from Josh and colleague Maddy was excellent, Josh is a very knowledgeable young chap with a passion for ensuring you get the product that’s right for you, he is however new to the job so Maddy was walking him through the till procedure and between the two of them the Service was first class! My wife needs to upgrade also and will certainly be giving the store a visit very soon! Today is a sobering reminder that we shouldn’t only relay on the internet and get out there and support the high street and protect jobs of people who give us back something invaluable!
I needed a new phone and Ethan was able to help me, he was absolutely amazing and so polite and knowledgeable and did everything for me that I myself would have found very stressful, thank you so much for your help, you deserve recognition.
