Went to buy a new TV. The sales guy was very helpful regarding new systems coming out.nDecided to buy, ordered online and collected within an hour. Very good service.
You could order online with a faceless dot come company, but there's no tech out there that can replace going to the shop, walking around the products, picking them up and chatting to the staff. They really know their stuff and will steer you to a product you want. I didn't find that they were pushy or anything. I went in wanting one thing and came out with a better product that I was happy with, it cost me less too, saved £300 by talking to a human,
I was served today on the phone by Zinhle, a very kind, helpful and patient lady who needed technical details of a purchase I made some time ago.I am nearly 90 yrs of age and my memory is not too reliable but with her patience, understanding and kindness I’m sure that I will achieve a very successful outcome. Took our printer back as it would not connect to internet. We had extended warranty on it. Without even checking it they changed it. Only problem was they tried charging the difference in price until I explained terms of warranty was to replace with new the fact they do not stock the same one now was there problem not mine. They sold me the goods AND warranty. After this it was changed at no extra cost as I would have expected.
Just want to give a BIG shout out to Andy and Dawn at the Westwood Cross store. These guys went above and beyond to help me and my family out with replacing our oven today, due to the one we bought just under a year ago became faulty. Thank you both for all your help, our family can now enjoy a meal together.
