I wish I could rate this shop zero, I went in there to buy two video games and at the time I didn’t have any form of ID as my passport was out of date (me when I was 14 on the photo looked a lot different then as a child) and I don’t have a driving license because I’m disabled, I was 21 at the time when I went in the shop to purchase two games and as he was scanning them the man with the long hair in a ponytail asked for ID, I was confused and asked why I needed to show ID as I wasn’t purchasing any games 18 rated and he told me it was because the game was rated 12+, I said “come on, I’m clearly over 12, what 12 year old us 6 ft and 18 stone and is bald?” He then patronised me even more and said “I’m happy to scan the other game for you, which was rated 3+” and I said “I’m 21, why are you messing with me” and he then said “if you’re 21, you should have a driving license then” this offended me as my disability stops me from driving and doing other things to live a normal life and you can see clearly from my profile picture that I’m not 12, I think he was trying to get me to hit him if I’m honest as people are like that.

Be careful of being scammed. 

My experience.
I wanted to upgrade my ps4 to the PS4 pro ready for Destiny 2.  There is a transfer process for the console which can take between 4 and 24 hours and you need the old console for the transfer.

So the plan was do the upgrade and sell the old console back to game and purchase Destiny 2 with the credit.  The condition was explained to the games assistant. 

All sounds so simple.  Transfer done and one day latter take the old console to game and that's when the scam plays out.

First you need ID to trade the console and because the rubber is worn on the controller that will result in £50 deduction from the price.  None of which was explained one day earlier.

So I am stuck with a pre-order of Destiny 2 which is more expensive than any other retailer.  Wasted fuel and time getting to game and will now have to sell the old ps4 privately.

And the best part basically being treated like a criminal by staff.  Guess this is what you get for being a loyal game customer for the last 15 years.

Excellent Customer Service, very knowledgeable staff. The last time I visited the store, the manager Andy had a really nice beard. He was able to help me with a few ways in which to increase my DPS and set up some useful /assist macros.

Overall an enjoyable experience.

I've been to a lot of games in my dayz lol , but the guys down in crayford have been the best help so far. Great people the manager is very helpful in all needs i would recommend if your in the area pop in :)
