Disappointed really, was to purchase a battery handheld vacuum cleaner. Only one member of staff available upstairs in this particular area with two customers in front of us. Finally, I got to speak with the assistant to be told the vacuum wasn't in stock but was in the Orpington store. Found this visit a bit of a fluff. So, I went to Bluewater to buy from the manufacturer direct who priced matched with a discount anyway. Much better customer service visit
Big thank you to Shivesh and Sarah! They attended to our needs even though the store was set to shut in 30 minutes. Generally nice people and displayed an excellent form of customer service.
My wife works as a PA for a visually impaired lady and they visited Curry’s today to enquire about TVs and GoPros, with an emphasis on accessibility for the visually impaired. They were directed to Vince, the audio visual specialist and he was absolutely great. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient and empathetic. What a nice guy. One thing that particularly impressed my wife was that he didn’t do what some people do, and direct all his responses to her, as she can see. Vince was very inclusive. Top marks for Vince, he’s the reason we gave five stars.
No-one seemed to want to assist with a £200 purchase, so went to the till. Too busy talking about break times to assist. Finally, we had to move to another cash point for help. Assistant took ages, couldn't find keys to cupboard for item. Came back and apologised for not having it. No offer of looking online. Just didn't want to know. Purchased from Argos with no issue.
Just ask for Jack., he knows his stuff. Very professional and helpful. He listened to what we needed and guided me through the mazes of TV’s. Finally we purchased the TV recommended by Jack the following day but unfortunately he was enjoying his day off., I do hope you get the commission. His knowledge and skills were that good my son and I popped back into store and purchased a surround sound system that is perfect with the TV. Just ask for Jack when dealing with Currys Crayford. 10/10.
Very nice shop and the staff really helpful even carried my new Air Fryer to my car for me. 1st class service with a big smile.
Waste of time! Went to buy a laptop around 6.30 pm hard to catch staff to check anything. Finally when I decided one to buy it was £949 they don’t seem to do the installations Microsoft, virus guard etc after 6pm on any weekday though the shop is open until 8pm A guy called Charlie said no staff after 6pm though he himself was busy with the phone and chatting to other staff. A lovely store but terrible customer experience. There was only one lady who was trying to be helpful. Charlie in particular seemed to be very annoyed about customers coming to the store. It is very visible. Why don’t you just shut the place at 5pm?!
Excellent service received from 77 Rupel, I walked in and had a look around for the TV I was looking for, I was passed by a few unhelpful staff... After walking around for 20 minutes and not getting any interaction from any of the TV staff, I made my way for the door to leave. Just before leaving, I saw a customer service lady at the desk, she asked if there was any help I needed, she presented herself to me with a smile. I explained what I needed and gave her a product code, she immediately knew what I was looking for, she got her tablet out to show me a better model that was the latest version upgrading what I initially told her I wanted, she then also stated there was a £100 discount. She checked avalibilty immediately and told me it could be delivered next day. She talked me through the features this TV had and checked it met all the requirements I needed, which it did and it exceeded them. The TV was of better quality and newer, it was also cheaper with the discount. Even free delivery. Rupel ID 77, should be there to show the rest of the colleagues some customer service skills. What we received was above and beyond any customer service I would have expected. The TV is excellent, all 75" of it, crystal clear full 4K picture with the 2 x 2.1 Hdmi inputs I required. Thankyou.
Vince took a lot of time and effort going through all options, I found him very honest and very helpful, highly recommend
Jag at Crayford Curry's was super helpful when I returned with issues with my mobile phone. He was very patient and took me through various points to help me understand how to solve them snd minimise future problems. Thank you Jag!!
