Service from all staff is friendly and welcoming. I always enjoy my visits here. This most most recent trip was to celebrate a promotion and the evening was very enjoyable :) I would definitely recommend their vegetarian options too

Lovely location. But felt cramped & cluttered. Hospitality could be improved. Food tasted good nice flavour but could do with a little more adaption to individual taste.

Lovely pub and food BUT food serving times are frustratingly narrow. Their website says food serving hours, but it’s not always their ‘main menu’ that is served. So definitely call them to check when main food is served. (Ex: Sunday roast dinner isn’t served after 3.30pm) They do serve a ‘light menu’ most of the day which is nice, but I wish they served the ‘main menu’ more often. We’ve been left frustrated on many occasions after walking with kids all the way there on a weekend only to find out we’ll need to walk back to town for large meals.

Really lovely, unfussy food at a reasonable price. The cave was great for drinks too!
