Shocking service. These guys are obviously making quick money for themselves with no due care for landlords or sellers. My tenants having to contact me regarding gas safety compliance which smart hadn't done, they had months to comply with regulations and the law, they could have landed me with a hefty fine and imprisonment!!! No thank you smart. No maintenence carried out when supposedly paying for it. Pay peanuts get monkeys, I'd rather pay more and have the job done right. Robbed me one time too many this time boys, your promises stand for nothing. Let's see how long you last working on morals like you have.

I cannot recommend Smart highly enough, they have been fantastic to work with! We were initially torn between a traditional high street estate agent vs an online one, and Smart seemed like the perfect hybrid of the two. After comparing several quotes we listed our house for sale with them and saved over £2,000 in agency fees thanks to Smart's upfront and transparent prices! Rob and Lisa came to take measurements and photos and the ad went up very quickly. We were pleased with how professional it looked. Within 10 days we had sold! A special thanks has to go to Lisa Williams, who took care of all the conveyancing issues and queries in a highly professional and courteous manner. She was really on the ball with communication in the vital weeks following the sale. At the last stages when things were held up by a solicitor in the chain, thanks to Lisa's hard work chasing things up we were able to exchange ahead of our preferred completion date. We are so grateful to her and the rest of the team at Smart. If you are looking for a professional service at a low cost, look no further - you won't regret it!

Do not use this company they took it upon themselves to enter into the property I was renting without any notice on 3 occasions. I was offered meal vouchers after threatening to take legal action.  
I was told on a night out that I had been successful in getting the property. No inventory was given to me which is legal requirement. This company has broken the law on many occasions and has put me off renting. Do not rent your property out to them they do not have a clue what they are doing.

Only good things to say about the Smart team.
I appreciate their hands on approach and excellent customer service. I have been with them since April 2014 and am a very  loyal landlord
My tenants appreciate them too!

Smart have been really excellent in selling our house. It was under offer so quickly! Lisa is a pleasure to work with, really professional, knowledgable and really knows how to sell a house! Thank you to Rob and Doug too who were great with getting it online. We can't thank them enough, every step of the way has been excellent.
