12.2017 - Simon was responsible for the top of our chain, which fell through two weeks ago.  Not only did he avoid calls and fail to let anyone else know in the chain, for a week, that his clients had pulled out, he also ignored calls from agents in the chain trying to do their jobs. Utterly ridiculous behaviour.  Caused a lot of agro for everyone in the chain.
