Not too happy now. At first everything was good, walked into the office as someone that’s new to the market, the lady did guide me well and helped me book a viewing. 

Went to the viewing, all went well too, the agent showing my friend and I around was very nice and helpful and recommended that if we wanted the property, ring the office to begin proceedings. I did so and they said that we couldn’t do that, and we would have to wait for the landlord to choose who they want to proceed with and they’d get back to us whether we were successful or not - fair enough.

A week later we still hadn’t heard anything and just popped online to see if it was still on the market and it’s been “Let Agreed”. Still haven’t heard a single thing from them - not even alternative properties.

It’s a shame you couldn’t even let us know either way. People are looking for properties for a reason and they rely on people like you to help guide them through. You have no idea how urgent it might be or the circumstances behind it. It really just shows the lack of care for your clients.

I’m looking for properties with a different agent now. Shame :/

A very unprofessional biased company, if your face dont fit this company will give you the run around. we are a decent working family of 5 and was desperate to find a property, we had great references and a deposit and first months rent ready, we had no help whatsoever in securing a property,  they will give you the last viewing or not allow you to apply for suitable properties by not getting back to emails or phone calls. STAY AWAY A JOKE OF A COMPANY

Very professional estatr agents could not do enough for you very polite and easy to deal with espesialy debra what a charming lady

Not so good as a letting agent when there are problems. An agent with no access to email for a month is untenable.
