Very rarely does anyone say good things about a place. I am really genuine when I say that Martin and Co are wonderful. I have rented from them for over two years. No hassle. Very professional. They knew exactly what I wanted straight away on speaking to me. Very reasonable properties on offer and so would completely recommend them!

We used Martin and Co to sell our grandmothers house. Couldn't fault their professional approach and tenacity in chasing down problems. They really had to work for their money with a very difficult buyer that pulled out eventually as predicted. We got the right outcome in the end and couldn't have done it without the help of Emily the sales manager , she was a star.and great to deal with. The buyer was also happy i believe and kept informed along the way. It is nice to find a company that does what it says it would.

As a landlord of a number of properties in Exeter, I am really pleased with the service Martin and Co offer. In particular I would like to mention Madeline who is always so efficient, hardworking and capable. She is a pleasure to deal with and has a great ability to match suitable tenants to properties, resulting in a number of my properties being rented on a longer-term basis. I would not hesitate to recommend Martin and Co to others.

I would highly recommend Martin & Co if you're looking for an excellent service. They have found tenants for two of our properties and Madeline especially gives honest and extremely helpful advice and recommendations. Their rates are very competative. We have used other letting agents previously but Martin & Co are definitely the best!
