A massive thank you to Shane Reavey from Connells who helped me and my partner from the beginning going over and beyond to ensure we found the perfect home and secured it too. As a first time buyer and not knowing the process well, Shane was very understanding and incredibly patient with us while guiding us through the steps and always being available to contact if we had any queries. The experience we have had for a first time buyer has been less stressful thanks to Shane helping us at every step. I cannot stress enough how much this member of staff went over and beyond for his clients and we are forever grateful to him and can confirm we will be using Connells again.
An excellent company to deal with, nothing was ever a hassle and any issues were dealt with very quickly and without bother. They were very quick to respond too which has been great! 3rd time using Connells and they get better everytime! Jenny, Sam and Mitch at Connells in exeter were a pleasure to deal with during my recent sale. Wow! I have never had an experience of buying a new home like this before. I previously used another in the local area for my last property no names but it does not even come close. I dealt with a lovely gentleman called Max who knew exactly what I was looking for. Helped me every step of the way and couldn’t recommend this enough. Sheila and the kids love the new gaff and the process was a dream!
A super friendly office and so helpful. Sold my friend Sylvia’s mobile home within 2 weeks after being on the market with other estate agents for months. Cant fault them helpful every step of the way and such a warm welcome from all in the Exeter Office. Would highly recommend them all
