Great location, just outside of the main railway station. Rooms were cleaned, and reception was very helpful and welcoming. They allow me to store luggage for a day. They have got iron and iron board for guest too.Rooms: 4/5
Had a very early train to catch and this was cheaper than parking for a few days. Very clean and comfy room, nice and quiet with good facilities. Friendly and helpful staff highly recommended.Rooms: 5/5
Here for an event near by, hotel is located close to the station and a 10miin walk to the city centre. Rooms are clean and modern. Would stay again.Rooms: 4/5
Didn't stay, I used the hotel for a course. But the event rooms are spacious and well heated/air conditioned. Staff and kind, friendly and very helpful. Directly opposite the train station, and some buses stop there too.Service: 5/5

Single room needs a bedside lamp. No-one on reception when I tried ti check put at 9:30 am Breakfast was excellent Rooms: Single room was clean, needs a bedside lamp and I would off set the glass shelf over the miniscule sink to provide more space Food & drinks: Breakfast had great selection and friendly staff member
First room allocated was much too small. Asked in morning for a larger room if possible as we were staying for 5 nights. No trouble at all. Much larger room with wardrobe etc. Very warm. Good breakfast. Would return any time.Rooms: 4/5
This hotel was really nice with a pool table gated parking and very friendly staff. The only reason for the 4 starts for the rooms is that the shower did reduce to very low pressure once; I believe due to other guests using water at the same time being lots having a shower at the same time or flushing of toilets. The rest of the hotel experience was really good. A fantastic breakfast served with a smile .
Rooms were very clean,staff were lovely especially Jenny. Breakfast had a great choice. Down side was the noise from outside as the room was above a taxi rank and opposite the station so it was noisy through the night.But would definitely stay there again.
I visited the Hotel for a reunion, the staff were excellent and ensured that all the older guests were looked after with exceptional care, the staff in general were excellent and nothing too much bother. I found that the first room I had was just too high to get to, being afraid of heights but the reception soon adjusted this and moved my room to a more appropriate place. On reading the current reviews from below I was near a taxi rank but could only hear this if I had the window open, and yes Derby was playing football at home and still nothing, I was surprised to hear that little infact found it really relaxing. Roll on next year I'm back, no debate but booked in already!!
