I have used Skypark Manchester several times when flying abroad from the airport, the parking is great and great value for money. The staff are great and can’t do enough for you. Highly recommend the service and the price

Not recommending at all!
Absolutely racist customer service. Spoke with one of the staff to get more information about services they provide however the man on the phone basically shouted at me for no reason. Unprofessional and 100% not recommended !. If you are thinking to place your car to their park think twice! Just give 3-5 pounds more to another company and get better service. Get better staff skypark not the rude racist and stupid ones.!

I was a little skeptical after reading a few bad reviews online but I experienced nothing but A* service. From the moment I arrived staff were attentive and helpful. The shuttle ride is no more than 5 minutes from the airport and you are dropped off at the station which is central for all three terminals. On return I phoned the given number to request a shuttle and despite me being a party of one the shuttle was there in just 5 minutes and we drove immediately back to the multi-storey car park where my vehicle was waiting for me. I would 100% use again, Thank You!

We arrived at pick up point and waited 20 minutes for the bus when it finally arrived the driver sat and watched as we loaded our suit cases without any assistance bearing in my their were 2 infants a pregnant lady and two elderly people in the group. Very rude and unhelpful. would never use this company again.

Recently used this place and have to agree with the previous poor customer service review.  I got off the plane and when I was 5 minutes away from the pick up point I rang to tell them and the driver rudely told me "no no no that's not what you do.  Go to the pick up point and and then ring me." To which I asked even if I'm telling you I will be there in 5 minutes you're insisting I ring you back? Yes was the answer.  So I ring back 5 minutes later as he insisted to tell him what I had told him 5 minutes previously so he told me they'd be there shortly.  The bus then arrives 20 minutes later and the same guy jumps out.  No sorry for keeping you or how was your trip just a harsh "what's your name".  I told him and he pointed to the sheet and continued with his attitude to ask whilst pointing at the sheet "is this it here?" I'm then the only person on the bus and not a word which doesn't bother me but when we arrived no thank you or safe trip home etc.  

Now if when i  originally had rang 5 minutes out from the pick up point and he had of told no problem mate we are just waiting on some passengers to take across to the airport so I should be there in x amount of minutes I would have said no problem see you then but his attitude stank.

Needless to say I'll pay extra for somewhere else.  AVOID!!!!!
