I called up regarding servicing and mot work. I asked over prices which were given and for some service plan information to be told to go online and the information will be there. No offer to go through anything with me there and then with any prices to gain revenue. I was shocked to be told this and when the phone went down after saying thanks very much to little help with no goodbye or would you like to make an appointment etc even more shocked! Given we have a superb and looking to purchase a further vehicle with yourselves the customer service we have received will prevent us from doing so now. I would like to mention the dealership female receptionist was extremely polite and very pleasant to speak with just a shame your after sales department do not follow suit.

I'd recommend Johnsons Skoda Liverpool to a friend because the whole experience of buying my car was very smooth. From start to finish, Oliver helped with everything he could and explained everything very clearly. I had the opportunity to have a couple of test drives before making a decision and felt valued as a customer.

Really disappointing customer service, was like more of an inconvenience as a Motability customer than someone just buying a car from them. Said we needed a booking, which was no good as were only in Liverpool that 1 afternoon, and they'd phone us back. Phoned back with no understanding of who was customer or who they had spoken too, put me off completely which is a shame as they're only skoda Motability dealership around.

Absolutely fantastic service from Chris, when I was ordering my new car he was very informative told me everything I needed to know before I picked the car I wanted, looking forward to collecting it now.

I’ve just taken delivery of my Skoda Karoq from Johnson’s of Liverpool. Delighted with it and thought I’d just review my experience. From start to finish I received first class service. Nice cars, but no customer service what so ever. We were there for 20 min and no one came to speak to us, no even saying hello.

spent 20 minutes trying to book service online for it to have a problem then another 40 minutes waiting on the phone to be cut off TWICE without speaking to someone. Time to use another dealer. ** Thank you for your response but I have now booked with another dealer. I think the issue is that your phone system just disconnects Customers waiting after 10 minutes. Every time I have called after exactly 10 minutes I was just cut off. **

Very good dealership with staff who were outstanding so good l bought a new car l now await delivery l it will be before Christmas!!

I recently bought a Scala from David at Liverpool Skoda. Absolutely beautiful car. Attention to detail was second to none. A big massive thank you also to Oli who made sure the sale went smoothly and talked me through all the technical bits. Second time I've visited the dealership now and both interactions with the sales team have been negative. First time I had a card thrown at my partner and told "Contact me if you can afford it" Which I ended up binning and buying a car from Seat up the road. Today I visited for a look around myself and the sales fella approached me and asked if he could help then proceeded to tell me they were to busy for my custom. I don't know how I'd like a Skoda but not from the Liverpool dealership as they clearly don't have time for customers
