I'll keep this short as I could go one for a while. I purchased a 3 year old xtrail, totally happy with the price and condition of the car. Collected the car and was great. Less than 7 days later I had broken down on the motorway with my family in the car. RAC was called and a new battery was needed. That's fine, batteries can fail. Took back to branch to get the new battery. Got home to find a spanner left in the engine bay. Reported to the garage, nothing more was said. Ten days later on another trip on the motorway, the dash lights up with system fault warnings. RAC called again! And was told to take it back the branch. I have been told I have to wait two weeks before the car can be repaired. I have gone to a main dealer as you would think you can trust the place that also sells new cars. This all should have been checked before sale of the vehicle. I was warned about the service center and that I would have trouble. UPDATE! So I have not added to this until now as I wanted a fair way to do this. Over the last 4 months I have been back and forth with the service center on several occasions. Each time going in for the same job to be completed. Getting back into the car each time I found the problem had not been fixed! Then being told I would have to wait another 3 weeks before I would be seen again to get what should have been fixed that occasion fixed again which wasn't. On one occasion I left the car for several days at the branch so they had enough time to actually fix the problem. After a phone call to say the car was ready, I arrived to find nothing had been done and the car was moved out of the spot I had parked in,just to give back to myself. I put markers on the car that would have fell off if the job was done! Very disappointed in the staff and the brand as a hole. I have no told everyone who will listen not to use this centre as this is what's happens, and strangely I am not the only one.
Having never been to a dealership before, I'd heard some horror stories and didn't know what to expect. I dealt with Rob, he was brilliant and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience, his customer service was outstanding. He went above and beyond with helping me, and helped me choose the right car for my needs, and he patiently answered all my questions. The dealership has a lovely atmosphere and the staff are really friendly. Overall, my experience with Nissan, Liverpool was exceptional. If you're in the market for a new or used car, I highly recommend paying them a visit. I would gladly recomment this dealership to my friends and family.
Had cause to phone Nissan Liverpool Parts Department today and spoke to Dave Thomson, I was fully expecting the 'Don't Know mate' usual answers from main dealer parts departments!! I was really impressed with this guy, he was really knowledgable about every aspect of the problem I had, came up with good solutions and even emailed me a diagram to show to my local mechanic. The service was exceptional, even though he knew I was using my own garage, he was so helpful and this has made me change my mind about using Nissan Liverpool when I replace my current Nissan, they will be my first visit. I Only hope that the owners and Managers read these reviews, this guy is a credit to your business!
Made very welcome by lovely Brenda at front desk.offered lots of tea /coffee by her. Ian dealt with us pleasant experience. He was also very knowledgable about the car we are interested in. Would highly recomend. Good experience.
Bought a car last year, typical car salesman but nice all the same. Happy with the car and they tried to get me to leave a Google review there and then which there was no way as it’s also about the aftercare. Well customer service goes to pot. When I purchased it included breakdown cover and first MOT up to £750 if any issues and was told can go to any Nissan garage. Well I live in Chester so booked in for MOT to be told I can’t use this cover there. Trying to get a clear answer from lookers Liverpool is impossible and to take it there is a nightmare as don’t live close. So now I’m taking it to Chester and hoping no issues.
Went in to looks at cars and to get a valuation on mine, was approached by Dave Nicol who introduced himself and asked if I needed any help, he said if I needed to look at any cars to let him know and he would get me the keys. No pressure no old school sales tactics, suggested a few cars which I had a look at. Ended up taking one out for a drive, was really happy with the car, and the price so sat down went through some details, he gave me a really good price on mine and we shook hands. Suggested some extras like the Gardex but in no way pressured me to take it. He told me I could pick up the car in a few days and rang when it was ready. I did notice a few things on the car scratch on windscreen, locking wheel nut missing and an issue with the fabric on the roof liner, he promised he would get them fixed for me and also noticed a few dents himself all of which were fixed, put right and personally checked on. Couldn't recommend the dealership and Dave Nicol anymore!
Fantastic service from Dave Thompson the other day, we was in the area for a couple of days & we went to visit The Monkeys & yes they thought it was funny to pull off our windscreen washers nozzle jets lol, but we got off lightly. Not only did Dave re-fit the new one's there & then but also did it for FREE, we came from down south & we wouldn't get that service down here so 5 star for this team.

You even went the extra mile with showing me the new car colours of the brand new models of Juke and Qashqai so it’s clearer for me to visualise the real deal. Ben’s always a delight to see and speak with, he is a genuinely great, helpful, accommodating and knowledgeable member of Nissan Liverpool. Had a test run sat at 2 .arrived on time .we had been booked in with Sam .another staff said he would get him .we sat waited around 5minutes.a lovelyyoung man very friendly arrived to greet us explained the car we were test driving wasn't In and he was unsure who had booked us in ,but said he would try his best to sort it. 5 minutes later he had..we had a test drive with Sam who explained everything .very knowledgeable friendly no pressure.honestly this young man was one of the best we have had pleasure of meeting .he left us with details of his number If we wanted to go ahead .what I will say is there is nothing worse than being pressurised into something. Complete opposite Sam was respectful .thankyou for such a good experience your a credit to the company .pity all staff in other company's couldn't learn from you.if we decide to go ahead we definately go back to Sam .thankyou
I'd definitely recommend Nissan Liverpool because Andy was very attentive and such a pleasure to deal with. He was so efficient with all the documentation and I hardly had to do anything! Everything was explained well and he made it so easy for me and I am very grateful. He was even great with the kids letting them put the sold sticker on the car. Little things like that were what made the experience stand out for me. I will definitely be back!
