The staff at this garage are amazing. From the manager to the service staff especially Amanda and Jodie. Nothing is too much trouble. The work I got done was carried out exceptionally well. Not many garages left you can trust but this is definitely one you can have peace of mind with. Thank you Daniel Talbot for all your help and assistance.
Bought my first car from here and was dealt with by Stephen Conlon. Nothing was to much trouble and he made the whole experience and the purchase of the car easy as it could of been. True credit to your company and branch. Will definitely be returning to him when I upgrade my car. Thanks again

I've had 2 appointments in the space of 4 weeks and have had to wait a combined total of 9-10 hours and counting.... as they promise certain times when they clearly can't deliver to those timescales. I've had to cancel plans as I was told approx 1pm my car would be dropped off and it's 4:50 and counting.... never again
Good face to face service. That's as good as it gets. Went for a car service. The car wasn't cleaned, there was a bottle of engine flush, that was full on the passenger seat. We did pay for an engine flush, hope that it was done, although not convinced. I rang after 6 hours to see how long it would be, got told an hour. Then 5 minutes later got a text to say the car was ready. Absolutely infuriating and my time was wasted. Will NOT be going back
I recently had a mechanical fault with my car and visited Lookers Vauxhall in Speke. The service I received in particular from their advisor Amanda Hilditch was first class. My car was with them for over a week and Amanda went above and beyond to make sure that this was as stress free for me as possible. She was very pleasant from the start, arranged for a courtesy car for me and kept me updated every step of the way.
Really wish I read the reviews before taking my car here. My car battery went flat one night after leaving the side lights on and had to get a jump start. Took the car in because a light appeared on the dash orange light with car and spanner. I knew it was the battery, and when booking the car in they said they will carry out a battery check for free, and then run a diagnostics on the car if it's something else. Friendly staff, quite helpful. Waited a couple hours, offered tea/coffee. I was also asked if I wanted to scrap my car, and get out one on finance, so sat down and discussed options as I had the time.. Maybe that's all they were interested in. Back to the diagnostics, they said they had to jump start the car to get in the service area, which is strange as it's started fine all week. They said it was the battery, but did not have any in stock to replace. They also cleared a couple fault codes on the car. I went to another garage to get a battery. Light still on. I rang the garage and they said because the battery was dead, they were unable to carry out a full diagnostics on the car, which is what I paid for. Why not just say it's the battery, and let me go buy one instead of doing a pointless diagnostics? They said they do not give refunds, and I would have to bring it back in for another diagnostics at the same cost. Useless.
Quick book in process. Polite and helpful staff to check vehicle in. Car was sorted whilst I waited. Updated along the way. Visited during COVID-19 pandemic and they had good hygiene measures and 2m distancing in place. Fast and friendly.
bought my car at lookers in speke, Sean and Oliver made us feel welcome, did NOT pressure us in any way, would highly recommend, if you needed a new or used car. and the tea was good too. thanks Sean, Oliver
Got new car today Monday was meant to get it Friday but due to health issues wasn't possible. Tony from the mobility sales team, was very understanding & couldn't do enough to help with the issues faced & rearranged a later date for delivery..
