Excellent service from the guy who checked my car in for its service. It had an issue I flagged which they sorted within it's service. Very quick and great value for money.

Purchased a Octavia Vrs from the guys at Crosby Park, and the experience was probably the best I’ve had from a dealership so far! Chris and Dan were both so welcoming, polite, professional and not pushy in the slightest. I would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of purchasing a car from here.

Went to view a car and was impressed by the relaxed style and knowledge of Chris. The process was smooth and relaxed and we were happy with the deal. No aggressive sales, the garage felt like a family run business which we were told was the case. If you are after a Nissan I would recommend  giving Crosby Garage a go.

First servive experience at Crosby Nissan; a good experience, kept informed re appointment, staff very attentive and helpful. The service carried out was fully explained and all the relevant paperwork in offered. Very happy with Crosby Nissan will be using them again in the future.  Kevin Elwill.

Left very disappointed as after having the sale agreed to a new car and ready to do the paper work a previous potential buyer came in and he let us both stand debating when had already agreed!! Can’t believe a salesman let people toss a coin …which is even shocking that Dan didn’t have the professionalism to not let that go ahead!! I lady having to debate with two men and he was happy to let that happen after saying they were messers previously so I could have the car Won’t be returning

Damaged my Car and repair by local repairing centre without my permission and insurance company’s consent. Took 4 months to make the decision to repair. I have been promised by Dan Service  manager that he will support with sale of my car after repair and help sort out new deal but changed his statements once they received my car after repair.

Great service from these people. Prompt and efficient. The guys were very helpful with my little headlamp problem. Highly recommended.

We’ve just bought our 6th Nissan car from Crosby Park Nissan, Crosby. Dan dealt with us, great part-ex price and deal was done. We wouldn’t consider buying a new car from any other dealership. Always received great service, staff very friendly and approachable. My wife feels reassured when contacting this garage and arranging car servicing and MOT. I can recommend this garage without any hesitation.

Great warm friendly helpful, Had 5 cars in past .So sad that they are no longer selling New Nissan Cars.Im sad to say I have got to start looking into another make of car .Just hope they can match the sevice Iv had at Crosby park Nissan
