Excellent communication & service from this company & John in particular who went out of his way to secure me one of their cars I'd seen on-line. The car was well prepared & better than anticipated There was only one key, which I had Audi replace & John agreed to fund that as part of the agreed sale. Another great aspect of this purchase was the fact John agreed to hold the car for me, which in this case was nearly 6 weeks whilst I waited for completion of my house sale - very good!
I knew exactly what vehicle I was looking for a certain model Merc and how much I wanted to spend, Liverpool Motor Co had one so I wasn't browsing. Steve was friendly without being pushy and after checking with his boss I was offered a fair PX price, I paid a deposit and did my own vehicle history check. The smaller but important issues such as road tax was swapped like for like, fresh MOT, HPI certificate, car mats and small cosmetic issues were addressed. The car was presented for my collection after a high quality valet and I was happy to shake hands with Steve and very pleased with my purchase.
Bought a Micra in 2010 car was in good condition but documents were missing i.e V5 only i set of keys. Was promised this would be sent, i tried many time times to request this but once they had money they pretended not to know me. Will never ever buy from them regardless of the condition of the car. For honesty is the key, who knows if the car mileage wasn't clocked etc. Will not recommend
Excellent choice of cars, great prices. We were given a great rate on their finance from Blackhorse and drove the car home the same day. These guys show how it should be done. Good job! Will recommend and see you again.
SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE. NEVER answer their phone after they have made a sale. No after sales service at all. shocking, underhanded sales tactics, and even sold a car to us with incorrect mileage on the clock, and told us to "keep it that way - makes it easier to sell on". Avoid at all costs. Currently going through Citizens Advice to see what our options are. DISGRACEFUL COMPANY
Do yourself a favour and stay well clear of these cowboys bought a car from them in august this year and had nothing but trouble with it which i was told i would recieve a refund if it couldnt be sorted... What a load of rubbish the car is still in my possession as they refuse to talk to me anymore. Ive currently just filed a judgement against them and taking them to court to get the money back if i could give them 0 stars i would i wouldnt want anyone else to go through this it took a long time to save this money and not sure what is going to happen from here!! FURIOUS
