Good vegan breakfast Vegetarian one can be adapted if you ask
Very clean, good quality food and friendly service
Lovely breakfast reasonably priced
I ordered scrambled egg with sausages very nice but sadly the coffee was instant didn't get offered an alternative, very bitter. Asked for a sachet of Tom sauce, it we very tart, not nice. The waitress was very pleasant and helpful.
Nice simple cafe, seating is a little tight if you have a wheelchair or pram. Good prices but due to the building they are limited to one toilet with no baby changing and up a few stairs. In poor condition also. Friendly staff though.
Very well cooked and tasty veggie breakfast. Staff really friendly and extremely accomodating to dietary needs! Thanks.. we will be back Could us bottles of sauces instead of many sachets
Very poor service. Went lunch time today,my partner and I wanted fish and chips but they only had one fish, I chose something else from the menu the same thing as my son got cheese burger with bacon and chips.my partner asked for a black coffee to accompany her meal,it came white,I ended up with this, then they brought a black tea. When food arrived at the table, my 2 children got their meal as did my partner. I was forgot about,it seems. The waitress did ask me again what I had ordered and my food was brought to me within 5 minutes. It appeared that the young waitress didn't want to be there. Will not be going back
Have visited here several times over the years and was a go to place. Didn't seem as good as previously. Had fish n chips but would only give them an ok.
Good food at a good price considering the location. Most of the other food places are posh cafes so it's nice to find a greasy spoon when you're in dire need of a hangover cure
Very friendly welcoming staff, my husband had the standard beakfast with double sausage, bacon, beans , egg, tomato , mushrooms with toast mug of coffee , i had the small it was superb with amazing tasting sausages and a beautiful dippy egg well worth the visit and sets you up for the day , especially tackling the 199 steps .. for £10 for us both what a bargain
