Excellent! That is the word I will start this review with, very friendly inviting atmosphere, very good decor and child friendly. I arrived slightly earlier than opening and we were accommodated straight away. The drinks order was promptly returned (I would certainly recommend the Blueberry milkshake) the meal order was was for 5 people and was returned to the table in good time, presentation was outstanding. If you are a pancake lover choose these with extra bacon. "Emma" dressed the part and is exactly what a modern style "vintage" hostess would be. Next time I'm in Whitby I will be eating here again.

Friendly waitress but unprofessional service. The food was awful. When we complained about the burger it was shouted into the kitchen the whole diner could hear. The other burger was in a pool of dirty grease and the chips tasted like they'd been cooked in dirty grease. When paying we were asked if everything else was okay and we politely replied yes as we didn't want to be embarrassed any further. We were then told that the chef checked the burger we sent back and there was nothing wrong with it. Why ask if everything is okay if your not going to listen to the feedback. If you like eating nice food in a clean environment don't eat here.

Nice American themed diner. Reasonably priced. Good selection of milkshakes. Has a Juke box with traditional American diner songs. Staff are dressed with the theme and are very friendly. Good attention to detail.

A superb Diner. Food is amazing. Staff attentive . Restaurant clean throughout. Good selection of Breakfasts and main coarses.

Excellent food and drink, served in an American diner, great staff, nothing is a problem for them. Very reasonably priced.
