Wonderful experience. Best car quality and best price. I rented for 6 days and just paid 160 pounds which is almost half as compared to other companies. No need to buy other insurances or upgrades but just the base price and drive responsibly. SixT is the best.
I've had this misfortune of having to move house 4 times in the past 5 years. I've therefore used several van hire services. I can say with confidence that the service provided by Sixt has easily been the best. The process was much simpler, the vehicle was very easy to use/drive and was perfectly sized. The customer service was excellent, special thanks to Sarah-Jane! The ability to drop off the van out of hours was also incredibly helpful, since I only had the weekend to move. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be using their services again, though hopefully not for moving house any time soon!
Manager Sarah was the best: from the moment I appeared in the salon until the moment they gave me the keys to the car, more than 10 minutes passed. Fast and polite! They also upgraded my car class for free, which was a nice bonus. All the cars in the parking lot were almost new, I recommend this service.
Frustrating experience. Booked and paid for a car online travelled from the other side of Liverpool to be told their computer check said no despite having an excellent credit score and no motoring or criminal convictions. Hired cars all over the world with no problem. No resolution offered just basically wait for a refund and go away.
Absolute joke of a company, hired a van and returned with no damage. Received email stating vechile return with no new damage, 2 days later receive another email say there is new damage. Tried to speak to damage team. Can only email them. Emailed and received a email stating they accept no damage and nothing to pay at 8.30am at 12pm receive a bill for £150. Try to speak to customer services and was told its out of her role. I asked who I can speak to and was told no one I had to email damage team. Honestly I would avoid them at all cost. They seem to like to add charges at end of each rental. Other people I know have stated they tried it with them. One was trying to be charged for ad blue.
The team at Liverpool Airport made the car hire experience very pleasant and so easy. They were very friendly, helpful and thorough. I was collected at the pick up point and taken to the office which isn't far away and they helped me with my luggage and offered me a drink when I got there. I had booked a car but was given some better options while at the branch which was really helpful. Had no problems with the car.
Superb customer service, I booked with a very short notice for the bank holiday weekend with no issues. Got premium customer service in the branch and a brilliant car. Would definitely recommend.
Truly a horrible experience. Feels like a scam. Their staff ill-advised me by saying I wouldn't have to pay for an extra day for handing the car a few minutes late. I did have to pay for another full day of rental, even though I had barely used it for the day. Had I known that was the case, I would have kept the car for the rest of the day. Bottomline: read the contracts and do not trust their staff.
Liverpool Airport is an exceptional Sixt branch were the staff are pleasant, professional and extremely helpful. All the vehicles I have hired from here are well presented.
Rented a box van. Staff very friendly and helpful. Van in clean condition, lovely to drive. Easy drop off. Would use again.
