Would not give any stars for this taxi firm only had to because you need to write review bit like the Tory's full of eastern promise ..and that putting it in a nice way

Taxi was over an hour late

Just lost faith in Excel taxis.  Booked about noon for a 5.15 pm pick up.  Finally arrived at 7pm. So I not only missed the meeting I had planned to attend but also the connected meal. DOJ

AVOID IF YOU ACTUALLY NEED A TAXI. Taxi never arrived. Waited over an hour in the pouring rain and dark, after 4 phone calls where staff constantly reassured/lied to me that I'm "next in line", although the taxi was never even dispatched.

When you go there ask Peter he is a very good guy, with such a supportive, problem solving skills, he has done all good.
