I went to this #Simplygym on a free pass on a day when nothing was working in the wet room other than the sauna! The manager was nasty to me, and rather insulting; despite my being pleasant. The white gym male members are lovely... no fault' but the white females are horribly racist which is my general experience in #Telford shared by other black guys living in the area. I experienced two verbal racist abuse within my hearing one from the cleaners, and the other by a gym member. Of course; with racial abuse; if there are no honest witnesses it remains your words against the perpetrators. I however, read all the feedback's on how 'friendly' the staff were; but white males no problem they are smashing, ad we talked as well... but the #whitewomeninTelford act as though they have to prove something which I put down to racial sexual anxiety. 'Me think the lady does protest too much' William Shakespeare's 'Hamlet I am not in two minds whether to go or not. The white males members were telling me of offers available but the gym manager denied their claims!

This gym is very good the changing rooms are a bit outdated but the gym facilities are very good for the price range

I personally found it quite off-putting. Layout's poor, limited equipment, staff just leave you standing there like an idiot for minutes on end without acknowledging your existence, (then aren't very informative - or at least Natalia? Natasha? wasn't; just kept telling me to go on the website) There's a women-only section but no men-only section, which is SEXIST AS F**K. When I asked about this, the two responses I was met with were "Don't ask" and "Because sometimes the women feel timid". Erm, newsflash: That happens to people of both sexes. But hey, apparently it only matters if it's a girl who is uncomfortable. Not a terribly great gym tbf.

Well equipped gym. No annual contract. NHS discount. Plenty of free classes!
