Been a member here since it opened(2006) In that time seen many changes...mostly for the worse. Declining Management in both direction and attendence. Don't believe they actually have a current manager which tells its own story. Staff on the whole are good though and Gym facilities are pretty good. Parts of the Pool area now looking extremely worse for wear. The tiling area around the spa pools is particularly bad and the Water in them ( when they are rarely both in service) is more often that not just about passable in terms of temperature. Internet is hit and miss on the cardio bikes and the TV's in the Cardio area have been out of action for 7 weeks now. Enquire when they are likely tobe in operation again and get some bulls**t apathetic reply. Needs some TLC in all departments.

Unfortunately it is a very tired gym in desperate need of a refit, constantly broken equipment unfixed for months also and the WiFi is a joke.

Good gym, the pool is my main use, hard to get into a public one because of a restrictive timetable, this pool offers more flexibilty, very friendly staff who always say hello and goodbye. One drawback is staff dont seem to police the pool much, sometimes you try to just have a nice swim and you will get groups of lads just messing about. Apart from that top stuff.

Constantly play garbage music at high volume, when you complain they look at you with a vacant expression. Should realise that there are many 'elder' members who would appreciate real music from the 70s and 80s! Facilities are tired and desperately need updating, the toilets and showers stink and are falling apart. Bannatyne for me next year.

We were told that we can only cancel the contract once we have moved out of area . Once moved area they now want a month notice . How can they expect someone to travel for a month once out of area . Wait for days and days to get through customer services and they say we are just going though terms and conditions. So frustrating.
