As someone who regularly suffers from stiff neck, shoulders and lower back, Mark has eased this for me and given me exercises so I can help myself top up appointments help me release everyday tension build up. Mark is very knowledgeable and extremely professional. I highly recommend him. I left the area but decided to travel 50-60 minutes each way to continue my appointments with Mark as there is no one else who I have found who provides the level of service at competitive rates. Fantastic, thanks Mark!
Due to a recent knee injury, I sought advise when attending a gym session about the new sports massage facility. It was my first time having a sports massage and I didn't know what to expect but Mark was very insightful and understood my needs accurately whilst feeding me a lot of knowledge. He understood the issues I was experiencing and started work on them straight away while ensuring I was comfortable and clear on what was happening. Mark brings a much more considered and informed approach to improving and addressing your sporting ailments. I also left with a very clear understanding of the exercises that I needed to do and to avoid to make me feel better. As a bonus he also has a good sense of humour and we had a great conversation!
Amazing!!... if you are wanting to either get fit, lose weight, recover from injury, get motivated, have your training organised for you, have one to one sessions with a dedicated professional, join group classes, get a sports massage or have any combination of these, then Mark and Lou have got it covered. There are plenty of big name gyms around where you are just a number and staff come and go but these guys care about YOU and YOUR goals and objectives.. if you want results then it has to be MSF.
Rene and his team got me both healed and significantly stronger in only a short period of time. The environment made it even better as they talked through workouts making it fun and allowing me to be excited to come to the gym. No place I’d rather workout at.
Instructor led group workouts to your own intensity. Like having your own personal trainer and they will adapt to your needs. Excellent service.
