Great gym! Old school style, load of gears, helpful staff, relaxed environment, affordable price, ladies area, upstairs space with room enough for floor exercises or boxing. Good for veterans and beginners. I am glad to have that gym just behind my home.

Pricing of the gym is good. However, the gym is dirty. The bars aren’t wiped as they still have dirty handprints on them and I don’t recommend lying on the floor. The mirror in the women’s changing room hasn’t been wiped for months. The people who work there don’t walk around to see if anyone needs help, maybe once they did in the whole month of going there. I couldn’t understand the age restriction being 14 year olds. The majority of young people who come are younger then 14 and come in groups meaning they don’t do anything and just annoy others. Nothing is done about this. Many unnecessary comments from the owner too.
