I have been training with Trystan in Shoreditch for several years. I’ve been so impressed with the results that my husband is now training with him too! When I first started working with Trystan, I was running regularly but was new to strength training. Since working with him, I’ve gotten stronger, built muscle, and my running times have improved too. He’s always helped me achieve my fitness goals – I feel the strongest I’ve ever felt thanks to him. I would highly recommend Trystan for anyone looking to get long term results.
As a runner, I have been working with Trystan to improve my strength & conditioning; I highly recommend him as an experienced and impactful Personal Trainer. One 45 minute session each week allowed me to achieve results that I would not have been able to do on my own or through Peloton including a significant PB in my most recent marathon. As a plus: Trystan can do both virtual and in-person sessions, which gives great flexibility week-to-week.

I first started training with Trystan when I was preparing for a 100km charity walk. My training is varied, tough but effective, and never boring! He's also great at adapting my sessions to allow for any injuries I've sustained on some of my crazy endeavours without letting me off with an easier workout. Over time I've lost weight and more importantly kept it off and really built up my strength. He certainly knows how to get the best out of you - I can't recommend him highly enough.
I’ve started training with Trystan a year ago and he is absolutely the best trainer I’ve ever had! He is so friendly and takes great care of you, he even helped me resolve my knee tear by implementing low impact strengthening exercise and I was able to avoid surgery. You can see sustainable results and I would travel across london for these sessions without a question : I highly recommend him
I've followed Trystan's 3-month body fat loss programme, was very happy with the results and realised he was the perfect PT for me to continue achieving my goals: getfitter and build muscle mass. I ended up booking more sessions per week with him and never regretted that decision! It's been 9 months now. I've tried other PTs in the past independent or in gym clubs and I can say the level of training intensity I reach with Trystan is far higher. I can fit 3h/week training in my schedule with him and it's definitely equivalent to 5 hours on my own or with another PT. What I really appreciate: genuinely cares about my goals, tracks my progress and technique, varies the exercises, knows when to push further, knows when NOT to push equally important!, and he's not into exotic diet, complements nor complex jargon. In a nutshell: he's no-nonsense! Highly recommended :
Trystan is an absolute legend! And I would not hesitate to recommend him at all. I've been training with him for some years now and the pt sessions are never boring and are always challenge you helping you get results and improve fitness. His knowledge of the body is second to none and tailors sessions where required e.g. working on strengthening lower back, due to sitting at a desk all day, full workout, to boxing sessions which are awesome, highly recommend! Give him a try, you won't regret it.
I highly recommend Trystan. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Always challenging me and helps me achieve my fitness goals while very mindful of any back aches and posture issues I have. The best personal trainer!

I have trained with Trystan for the last 4 years and in this time my strength has improved dramatically and my body has changed completely. He has a wealth of nutritional and dietary knowledge which has helped me considerably. Keeping things interesting, even when I'm not in the mood for exercise I'm always glad I went. The Studio is private, in a great location and equipped really well. I couldn't recommended highly enough if you really want to make a change.
