Started training with Tyrstan just over a year ago and can’t express enough how much he has helped me. Sessions are varied and structured! My strength and body weight has changed dramatically also helps that he is an all round nice guy!

I have been training with Trystan since last November. I wanted to lose weight before the Xmas period. I've been really happy with results so far - which we've continued into 2017. He's very personable and knowledgeable. He can inform and correct you on all those old school urban myths on diet and training.

Excellent personal training experience. Always engaging and adapting to increasing levels of fitness as training progresses. 100% recommend!

Big T is the best PT I've experienced. Really tailors the sessions to suit what you're aiming for and good fun as well. I couldn't recommend him highly enough.

A great PT. Works you very hard and you'll see changes within weeks. Highly recommend.
