Store is well presented and very tidy and clean. Staff helpful and friendly, although there was on 1 member of staff in the store when I went. Not impressed with that from a number of viewpoints eg staff safety, service etc. prices were reasonable. I would recommend the products and the venue.
Very spacious, I like the way the shoes are in their boxes on the shelves; I got a lovely pair of heeled boots that are water resistant and have shock absorbing heels Relife Stacey's £50; very comfortable, tan/light brown colour. There's a good selection of footwear for all pockets, whether they're on sale/ reduced or you want something a bit more expensive.
My Husband tryed to return a pair of boots which he brought from your store He only got them last month and the heel has starting to come away. He just wanted to exchange them like for like .unfortunately he'd misplaced the receipt. The the girl.he spoke to was very rude and told him that he probably dose this a lot . Well he doesn't
Great place to buy shies with friendly staff.
Absolutely shocking service, I politely asked about changing my shoes as the heel had come away, I explained I bought them from Winsford but had no receipt, but clearly you can tell they are only 3 weeks old as I said The reply I got was, you could do this all the time, Absolutely shocking Anyway today I went to Wrexham store and they changed the shoe no issue whatsoever How can that happen from the same company I will be in the Chester store in the week and get the name of the really really rude women
Visited this shop today. Wanted pair of boots, only one pair on my size and had faulty clasp, assistant gave impression she couldnt be arsed looking for another pair or seeing if another store had them. Shop was empty so not busy. Came home, found them on line £10 cheaper
Good quality plenty of choice x
