Amazing!!! I went there just to see how it truly is. If it was ad advertised online. Honestly I didn't expect the experience I have had. Upon arrival lovely lady greeted me and showed me where ladies trainers are. I tried few and I done some exercise in the store to test I'd the shoes hurt previous ones from amazon gave me bad blisters, and TO MY SURPRISE, trainers I have chosen were so so comfortable .wow. 14.99 but on sale I paid 9.99 only. Still shocked. Took many walks and gym visits since then and people think they are so great and comfort is unexpectedly high. For that price you get trainers that would birmaly cost u over 150. I am still in shock. I ended up buying 2 pairs for me and mom and both of us are so happy. Plus lady at the till said I get 5 pounds off of my next purchase. I love this shop and will come back for summer sandals as they gave so many lovely ones 10 stars staff is friendly kind and products are of a great quality. I would recommend thus shop to everyone. Expensive doesn't always equal better. To each their own, I am SO so happy with my purchase and custumer service. I hope they read this and know how great of a job they truly do to assist customers like me who can't decide. Thank you lady at the checkout. So friendly and helpful.
I bought a size 11 pair of Men's Tan Chelsea Boot shoes from Thornton Heath Cr7 shoe Zone shop on 13/02/23 at 14:35 . During the purchase, I requested for size 10 but the saleslady affirmed they did not have size 10. The saleslady implicitly concurred I could bring it back for exchange if necessary. The shoes are meant to be a surprise valentine gift to someone. On the 15/02/2023, at 12:40 ,I came to the shop to request for exchange of the shoes for size 10 shoes because the size 11 is oversize for the person to whom the shoes are gifted to. The lady at the reception requested the receipt which I presented to her. She scrutinised the receipt and she was visibly disappointed from her countenance that I had the receipt. Subsequently she began to look at the shoes meticulously and ultimately claimed they had been worn. Definitely the beneficiary of the shoes gift tried them indoors to ascertain their suitability. The shoes are in perfect conditions. Why are they seeking reasons not to exchange them? She retorted that , it is only the manager that could decide whether to accept and exchange them. The male manager came and assessed the shoes and decided to exchange them. Consequently I selected the replacement size 10 shoes for exchange. At that juncture, the saleslady intervened and repeatedly muttering, the shoes had been worn. As a result, the male manager declined to complete the exchange. I am left with a pair of shoes that are not fit for purpose. The male manager suggested that newspapers or clothes should be put inside the shoes to make them fit for the user. I have been purchasing my shoes from Shoes Zones since more than 15 years for myself , family and for my friends. I have never witnessed the magnitude of despicable humiliation received today at Thornton Heath Branch. They made me feel as if I was attempting to cheat despite the fact, that I was not seeking a refund but simply an exchange for a correct size. I strongly recommend to all customers to strictly avoid shopping at Thornton Heath shoes zone shop. The customer service is abysmally poor regardless of your regular frequentations. I left the shop sad and disappointed. I have also unsubscribed myself from receiving their emails. Please forward this message to all and sundry. surprise Valentine gift to someone.

My visit to the Thornton Heath store was a very positive one. I went to collect my online order and was served promptly by Anthony on Monday 31 August. Anthony was very polite and knowledgeable. He offered to check for the correct size of slippers that I required and offered to order them for collection. Since I needed befroom slippers urgently, I chose another colour and Anthony was able to find the correct size in the store. Overall, a great experience which was made positive by an excellent member of staff. Well done!
Shoeszone is for cheap quality shoes. At a reasonable price. To fit everybody's pocket. The store is very organised, tidy, and neat. The staff are very pleasant and helpful.
Worst customer service ever.. I buy a pair of shoes with no intention of returning so I do not take a receipt.. I get home and 1 shoe is a size 6 and 1 is a size 7 .. I go back the next day explaining the situation and instead of giving a matching pair I am told they cannot break another pair to provide me with a matching one… the manager was taunting and sarcastic saying I should have checked the shoe size .. worst place to shop require training in customer service
The shoes are decent quality and the price is quite low so overall you get a lot of value for money when you shop here. I like the range of shoes they have on offer I often like to buy a few pairs to take advantage of the fantastic offers in store.
Nice shop, bought a pair of shoes just what I was looking for. Staff were helpful with service and questions I had.
We searched in three shops in Croydon, Tescos & Sainsburys for a suitable pair of inexpensive trainers for mucking about in & Shoe Zone was the only shop that had a range of what we needed. Also bought two pairs of lovely warm, comfortable slippers while there for a fiver each as two for £10 offer-brilliant. Felt great as supporting local trader too. Customer service friendly & quick. Will shop again here now I know what the ranges are.
Ordered some black patent loafers and I wish I didn’t. The back of my feet end up with deep cuts and blisters. When I wore the shoe the back of the shoes kept digging in to my skin which made it very uncomfortable to wear. Now the shoes are just sat in my wardrobe without me being able to wear it. Complete waste.
