I recently visited Sheer Physiotherapy due to persistent shoulder pain that had been bothering me for some time. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the welcoming atmosphere and the professionalism of the staff. The physiotherapist Manpreet kaurtook the time to thoroughly assess my condition and tailored a treatment plan specifically for my needs. Throughout the sessions, they were attentive, knowledgeable, and always made sure I was comfortable. The exercises and techniques they recommended were effective, and I noticed significant improvement in my shoulder pain after just a few sessions. I have been taking treatment from Sheer Physiotherapy and I have to say they are AMAZING. I got instant relief even from my first visit itself. Dr. Navdeep is soo proffesional and talented, he did an amazing job at diagnosing my problem. The treatment helped me both physically and mentally to take out the stress. The office managing aunty was really sweet and flexible to schedule the appointment. I will definitely suggest this place to everyone. Thanks Sheer Health Physiotherapy for taking care of me.
I been going to here for a month now and it’s the best place! The front desks works are super friendly and very understanding! Navdeep Sandhu is my phyiso worker and he is awesome, he listens to my problems and wants to do everything in his power to help me get over my concussion! I highly recommend this place the staff here are wonderful!
I had a severe blow to my head which led to a concussion. By the time I started treatment at Sheer physiotherapy I was going through a lot. I was very sensitive to sound and light, groggy and hazy. I had an intermittent headache and neck pain. After a thorough assessment the treatment plan was initiated. Even with the first few sessions the treatment made a huge improvement in my symptoms. Navdeep Sandhu is very knowledgeable and professional. I definitely recommend this place.

It was an amazing experience. Navdeep did an amazing job in helping me recover from my shoulder injury. It was very relaxing and I was back to normal in little over 2 weeks.
Sheer health physio been helpful for in massage therapy. They are very good and helpful. Their massage therapist is very good.
