We bought our peugeot from Ray last year, haven't had a single problem with it,still runs like a dream. Really excellent service we are hoping to buy another car any time soon when we can get there. Would certainly recommend to anyone.
Massive thank you to the guys at shepway motor company for helping get a new car! I can honestly say I have never met someone who would bend over backwards to help someone as much as Ray ! After haveing the worst year with cars I have finally been sorted out with something that will last me! I honestly couldn't recommend getting a car from there enough 5 star rating for everything including the best customer service I have ever seen : thanks guys for everything :
Leaving 1 star ...Motorhomers beware! A sale or return basis doesnt mean Ray gives you the money once the sale takes place . Waited two and a half weeks to get our money. Very strange business model which Ray doesnt share with you when he takes your motorhome. Also signs the logbook and switches you out of ownership! Ray has promised to pay compensation which was due on August 31st. This has not materialised. I have found that his word is not something he sticks to. I am not the only one. Again motorhomers be very wary do not hand over your logbook and keep one set of keys, until you receive your payment. Then you will not find yourself in the position we unwittingly got into.
Sale or return basis sometimes means Ray makes a sale, gets the money, spends it and makes you wait two and a half weeks before he gives it to you. It means that you have to listen to all of the lame excuses under the sun as to why you haven’t got your money. Then you find yourself still waiting for a remaining £2000. One star is too generous...can I give no stars?
Have to say my experience with Ray at Shepway Motor Company has been nothing but excellent, he has been so helpful, sorted out all the little things I mentioned and given me a great deal, not your usual used car dealer, a really nice after sales service which matters.
Great location , friendly helpful staff , great selection of cars for all tastes and budgets . Highly recommended.
Just brought my car from there today not everyday you find a genuine car dealer pleasure to do business with already recommended!!!
