Had my son's car in for dual controls to be fitted and they picked up our car on Monday and said it will done and back Tuesday am, 1.30 Tuesday I had to van them to found out when our car was coming back and was told it's not been started yet , and no one had thought to call us and tell us this information, they said they will call me back and they did and said the car won't be ready today so they will try and get it back on the Wednesday before 10.30, the service was very bad and the cost was very hight, after they called me me on the Tuesday bat 4pm saying the car was done and they will deliver it back to up and we are in Canterbury and it will be 45 minutes, they was on the car about 1 hour 45 minutes when I looked back at my call list and they changed 5 hours when asked they said they put 2 people on the job to get it done, not great service

Great efficient service on my Renault. Glad to have a decent Renault service centre nearby!

Finally sorted an oil leak many others had given up on. Competitive price. Courtesy car was a godsend.
