I have been using Alford Bros for over 13 years now and with a wide range of bikes and services. They never fail to give great service and great deals. Even 5 star treatment. I have just bought a 2021 Yamaha MT10 from this company. I dealt with Tony during the sale, who was extremely helpful. I did make quite a few phone calls to them before buying, as I live the far side of the country. I wanted to know as much as possible about the bike before I bought it.  I must also say, the lady I spoke to on the phone at the dealership was so friendly and very helpful as well. The bike was delivered today. To say I am happy with the bike is an understatement. What a great dealership.

Bought this low milage, ex demo, Yamaha MT10 from Alford Bros today. It was very competitively priced and was serviced before collection. The service from Tony and the service department was first class. Thanks.

I've just purchased a mt07 from Alford Bros and found the whole experience friendly and efficient.  There was no pressure selling, I benefited from a long test ride and basically the bike sold itself.  Fair deal on part exchange and within just a few days I was able to collect my new bike. Thank you all at Alfords for your customer service.

Waste of time, was ignored when I walked in, went to desk at back was told to go to the front, fella was on the phone, personal call made me wait at for what felt like ages when he did get to me, rudely told me I shouldn't of bothered coming over as bike was sold in the morning.  I rang at 2, said I'd be there at 4, explained I had the money to buy the bike and wasn't there to waste time, he changed his tune and now wanted to help me find another bike, but as I explained to him, he didn't want to help me from the moment I walked in, so why should I trust him to help now. Left and I premise you will.never recommend or ever use, its not hard to be nice, and never judge people as I probably earn more than the owner yearly, but because I wear clothes that don't fit there tiny little minds I wasn't good enough to be respected

Called in Monday 29th July 2024 to look at an xsr900.  All three of the people there were courteous, helpful, informative and professional. Alford Bros were recommended to me and I am happy to pass this on.  Would certainly use if purchasing or needing anything.

Fantastic service from Debbie. Super fast free delivery, all promises kept and better pricing than expected. Although not local to me Alford Bros are now my go to Yamaha shop.

Excellent service and advice here today. I was with my son who is about to buy his first motorbike and accessories.  We were really impressed and grateful for the help and advice they gave us.

I went in for a test ride on the new Tracer 9 gt+. Tony the sales manager was really helpful and couldn’t do enough to make my time at the showroom as pleasurable as possible. There was no hard sell and I had a decent amount of time to test ride the bike. A great bike and I will look forward to placing my order as soon as possible. 10/10 for Tony

Fantastic service! The guys at Aflord Bros looked after me and answered every question quickly and with detailed responses from enquiry stage to purchase.  Being my first motorbike purchase, they made sure I was ready to hit the road with the correct equipment and documentation.  They made sure I left happy with £250 worth of gear on the house!
