The customer service was brilliant from start to end, Matt was very professional and effective.  I was able to get me vehicle booked in and fixed in a matter of days, constantly keeping me informed regarding my vehicle issues.  I would defiantly recommending them they are speedy regarding their repairs friendly and professional.  I trust them to look after my fleet vehicles

I have been using Wilmoths Citroen in Folkestone for years, and they have always looked after me well. They are friendly, helpful and trustworthy. Would  recommend.

We could not be happier!  We arrived early in the morning after coming over from France.  They were busy but they had a quick look for us to see if they could get us back on the road there and then.  A short while later the fix was made, they ran through some minor issues we should sort out in the near future and we managed to drive home to Wales.  So thankful for them, a lovely team who put communication and our well being first!

Fantastic service. Spoke to them this morning, vehicle fixed same day. With a fleet of vehicles you cannot put a price on this. Matt in the service department sorted everything out. Nothing was too much. Thanks Matt

Really helpful! I had a disaster with tyre pressures and warning signs and even though it was a Friday afternoon  they took my car into the workshop and fixed the issue.  Very friendly and very helpful. Thank you.

Absolutely shocking service. My wife's car has been in the garage for over 6 weeks now and still has not been fixed. There is no urgency on behalf of the service department to get the part required and then fix the vehicle. She has had to constantly chase them to get updates. The car is only 18 months old.  Would definitely not recommend

Fantastic customer service by young Joe - he was so polite and helpful especially when we had been let down by the company on the week before - failing to pick up the vehicle or contacting us - but Joe was so helpful when bringing the vehicle down today for its annual service and MOT - he is the only one that apologised and was very helpful through the whole process

Good clear advice received from Wilmoths. Bought in a recently purchased ten year old Citroen Nemo for a service and pre MOT checks. Potential fault found with turbo and the technician took time to explain possible scenarios pending further investigation. Brakes and shocks found in good order, advised no service of engine components recommended until turbo fully assessed. Advised to take up turbo issue with original dealer. Will return to Wilmoths if unresolved with dealer.
