Lovely team, with honest pricing for main dealer servicing and parts. Family run for 50 years, with solid knowledge of Suzuki and multiple awards. Always a pleasure to speak to the various team members, and ultimately I feel very comfortable that they are looking after my two Suzuki's. Motoring is never easy, and always expensive, so it's nice to have a reliable team at hand who I can trust for advice, of kinds. In terms of Suzuki as a brand, I have been incredibly impressed with the feel, fun and economy of the brand as a whole. I can see why people stick with them.
Bought a car and I wanted my car checked. My dealer arranged to have my car assessed by Cheriton House. However, my booking was not finalised because an upfront fee of £71 to be paid was not confirmed by my initial dealer. I tried to rebook for another day and the agent said I hung up on her while I was in fact trying to call the other dealer to contact Cheriton House to confirm payment as instructed by this agent. The agent informed my dealer that I hung up on her thus she wont be accepting my car for the check and referred me to Canterbury. The dealer tried to speak to their manager but got referred back to the same agent who said her manager supports her verdict that my car will not be checked by them. The agent called me to inform me of this and on this second call, I did hang up. I later received a call from the manager who did not complete a thorough investigate from the first call but concluded based on my second call that her staff was right in referring me to Canterbury as a lesson for dealing with me as a difficult customer which served as good training for her employee.
Efficient air conditioning service price as quoted
We were very happy with the excellent service we received. Took in a Land Rover Discovery for diagnostics. The faults were identified and then prices given for each of the jobs, before any work started. It was great to get the car running properly again. I would certainly recommend this garage.
Always polite and friendly, they give you a quote before doing the work. Great options for a courtesy car or if possible pick up and drop off if you are really stuck. I have used them for over 10 years and have no complaints at all. Very trusted and well run business. I will continue to use all the time I have a car.
Excellent service from start to finish. Collected the car from home. Identified the problem which other garages couldn't find, and returned the car all at a cost better than a main agent. Will be using them from now on for my Golf
The worst garage I have ever visited. Refused to mot my van because the side door only opens from the in side. So I was forced to go collect my van to find the battery was run so dead it couldn’t display my miles on the dash. I was the told it would of been me who done that yet the van was parked facing a different direction with a seat cover it on proving to me they was the last to operate my van. It then took 2 of them to even jump start my van, now my battery is completely dead an has to be replaced at my expense an I now also have no M.O.T. Real donkeys. Get yourself to tram road garage!
Fantastic service! Very friendly and helpful, the staff here go out of their way to help. They were patient whilst I located a new locking wheel nut at our last service took 2 days! and then when I broke down, they happily accepted my car on the recovery truck and managed to squeeze it in for repair it wasnt even something straight forward!. I would definaitely recommend Cheriton Motor House who will be my garage of choice from now on!
Get a quote before you buy as they're very very expensive! Just had a full service that cost £430. Wish I'd checked with them beforehand as my usual garage charges 240 for the same work and even a main dealer is cheaper than they charged me. Sadly won't be using them again.
What an absolutely incredible service! Last year I passed my MOT straight away after another garage tried to charge me for unnecessary repairs, probably thinking I don't understand much about cars quite right!. This year I wasn't that lucky, failed my MOT and was already expecting to get as stressed as usual. Not with Cheriton Motors though. Not only they did all the necessary the morning after at a very reasonable price, I've even been given a car to get to work and as soon as they finished the repairs they drove my car to my working place to swap back! Absolutely speechless. Best experience I have ever had in my life. It's quite painful to spend money just after Christmas, but thanks to Cheriton Motors I did it with a big smile on my face. Thank you so much, I will see you again soon and will definitely recommend you to anybody not only in need of repairs but also of a garage they can actually trust.
