Awful service from start to finish. Lie after lie from sales staff, 90% of options in sales homes and main selling points not available at point of choosing options for our home.nnHouse had many problems, wrong coloured kitchen, wrong radiators, wrong flooring, poor quality tiling.nn2 years after buying, still 99% of problems unsolved and getting no response from customer service team. Spent 8 months with missing kitchen drawer, takes months to get a reply from any body.nnWhen appointments are booked for works, they do no turn up and won't compensate lost earnings they have caused.nnThey deleted all previous reviews to hide the awful company that they are.nn1 star given because 0 isn't an optionnnAvoid 100%
Homes are fairly good, after care absolutely shocking. Barely any responses to snags, when you eventually get an appointment, contractors don't turn up. Waste of time and money... think twice before buying a home from Avant...
Base on the 2 reviews I've decided not to purchase a property
