I have had repeated issues with DPD that cover every aspect of their service:nnFalse “missed delivery” claims with photos of neighbouring houses instead of my property. I’ve now had to upload a photo of my own front door just to avoid this.nnDrivers repeatedly insisting on taking a photo of me, which I do not consent to and is not required.nnRude behaviour, shouting, and outright refusal to deliver my parcels.nnNever shutting the gate behind them leaving my front open. There is a sign that clearly asks for the gate to be shut, i have even added it to delivery instructionsnnMultiple complaints required just to get deliveries completed.nnThis is a persistent pattern that makes receiving deliveries stressful and uncomfortable. I’ve requested an alternative courier due to ongoing problems.nnDPD’s service is unprofessional, misleading, and completely unacceptable. I expect serious action to address these issues.

I wish I could give them NO Stars. I keep putting comment on trust pilot but nothing improves. As soon as I see DPD are delivering I am filled with dread. They have got to be the worse delivery company ever. I took the day off work today to wait for DIOGO PARCEL 1550 2779 095 590 and DIOGO never turned up . I know DIOGO is probably the franchise owner but the service is terrible. I have lost a days work waiting for nothing. The driver took a picture of a number 45 and said I wasn’t in. I live at Number 53 - even my 9 years old daughter knows the difference. I hate this company delivering, it is always a nightmare. I have wasted so mush time. Terrible.nI THINK THE WORSE THING IS NOTHING WILL EVER CHANGE - I HAVE COME TO REALISE NO ONE CARES.

I would give -5. If I could.nI ordered things to recive them fo the weekend crucial and planed in advance.nFriday delivery attempt I missed because I'm working obviously it was around noon.nDriver not bothered to even try my neighbours or find a safe place.nI paid for re delivery Saturday waited all day lost day's work to be at home waiting.... Nobody turned up.nMessage said issues in the area we redeliver Sunday.nI drive 1h to the depot to collect it 8am as they open they couldn't find it at the back of a TRAILER??? ReallynEmpty handed I'm going back 1h with the message it will be ready for Monday delivery...nDespite paying extra, despite trying to collect it there was no intention to even try to deliver my parcel until Monday!!! When I'll be at work.nDPD you cost me a lot of time, effort and whole weekend planed work in advance. Thanks to you this really  messed me up for next 7 days.nYour incompetence is astonishing same are lies to the customer.nFor me I'm done thank you not much for nothing but disappointment and total destruction.nIt will never happen again with you.nMy next purchases I make sure delivery isint done by you period.nGoodbye.

Ashutosh rang the bell to my flat on Saturday  04.04 and I answered telling him to come in. I waited by the open door to my flat. I picked the intercom back up and said come in again. Silence. I walked to my window and saw him getting in his van. I ran downstairs and caught him at the lights, I tapped on the window and asked for my parcel he said I will come back. I called DPD to confirm and the depot said he will come back at the end of his run. I had to wait in from 10.42am until 18.30pm for him to not arrive. Now I am getting messages saying that I am not getting my parcel until Tuesday! The service has definitely declined and at double the price, I am going to risk Evri reliably leaving my parcels in the bin! It’s more infuriating that I spoke to the driver TWICE and I still do not have my parcel!

Words cant explain how incompeted this depot is. Starting from drivers up to managemnt. The parcell can travell thorougt europe but 10 minutes from my house they cant deliver. Not even attempting to redeliver.nnUpdate: They instantly sent parcel back to sender without even attempting deliver to different location. Even do me and sender contacted them same day. I spent 2 hours on the phone. Was asured that it will be resolved. Now work week waisted. Because of incompetence at this depot. Useles desk planktons you soon will be replaced by ai. And also shout out to the GENIUS delivery driver. Brilliant work thank you.
