I have had a really good experience, receptionist , nurses and doctors are very nice and kind .. my little one has had follow ups of her asthma and it’s been a great experience how they fulfil duty of care. Even vaccination and blood test have been dealt professionally by the nurses :nvery happy : all the staff help accommodate issues and working hard ..

I was going to write a whole story of exactly what happened then I thought in summary — very rude little man that I assume to be the receptionist should be fired. Clearly hates his job and it shows, the authority has got to his head, zero empathy, extremely rude and fundamentally useless

Shabnam is so lovely and made me feel extremely comfortable. She helped me in all ways which she could and gave me her time to ensure everything was okay and clear with me and my medication. Shabnam - works in Pharmacy.

I think it may be worst place to go in Leicester. Staff on front desk not helpful. After seen doctor and 4 days on anybiotic  which didn't work at all wanted to see doctor as had a big regress and was getting worst. Lady who took my appointment said I can't see doctor as need to wait couple of days to wait till anybiotic will start working. Tried explain situation but she was acting like doctor told me with her knowledge medical centre can't help me. Because of that Im heavy sick now to the point hospital wanted to keep me in. After 3days waiting could see doctor. After seen doctor went to pharmacy. Have been inform one of product was not available so nice lady told my to come back to doctor for alternative. Lady called Ashley on front desk told me she can book me on next day to see doctor to change that  ridiculous!!! Pissed of just went straight to doctor which he didn't have a problem to go with me to pharmacy and change that product.nI will be trying to open a case and prosecut this as if no one will do anything that situation will be over and over again as complain not working at all. Be careful people. If you have other option to go else we're do it straight away.nThank younSorry for my gramma as I'm not English and done my best to explain what happened there

Impossible to get an appointment, especially if you work full time. Reception staff can be dismissive and rude at times. Trying to get by telephone is impossible with very lengthy waiting times only to be told to ring back the next day. I have tried queuing up at 8:00 am at the surgery but at times there have been more than 30 people in front of me at my the time I get to the front of the queue I am told there are no appointments left and to come back the next day. The appointment system does not work at all.nnWhen you do get an appointment with a GP or one of the Healthcare Assistants Julie and Dr Oseya in particular the service is excellent. If it was easier to get an appointment I would give 5 stars.
