Another care home that's run, disgracefully, it may look great on the surface but management is poor, safeguardings, on a daily basis, total neglect of clients, constant medication errors, lying to relatives, the list honestly goes on. Just look at the staff turnaround and the constant agency staff who dont have a clue Poor!
This place is absolutely shameful , the management is awful they do not care about the residents or the staff in the slightest, after working in this care home I can honestly say I wouldn’t send my worse enemy to live here, this home is very negligent and your loved ones are far from safe being here. Staff are bullied, the current manager is a nasty peace of work and bullies all his staff. I would avoid this place at all cost. I was also verbally abused by the current manager when I went out to my local pub,in which he also broke confidentiality and spoke about residents within the home and when I reported this to higher within the company and asked for an outcome I was told it was nothing to do with me.
This is a lovely care home to be in, very clean & tidy, friendly staff, good food, & a very relaxed atmophere too.
My mother moved into kingsfield court just over three years ago but unfortunately passed away a week ago. I can not speak highly enough of the love and care the staff gave my mother, they have gone over and above to make my mother feel comfortable. They treated her like their own, even though my mother could be difficult at times but, she had a great sense of humour and enjoyed her time there and was spoilt some times with little treats.nNothing was too much trouble and I would recommend the care home to anybody. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever.nBeverley & Tony Sharp
This is more like 5 star hotel and does not seem like a care home. The staff are lovely and will do all they can for your loved ones.
