Luke our driver was amazing today. In all my years of teaching and going on school trips we have never had such a fantastic driver. Luke checked all the children had their seat belts on, he gave us updates on the time left on our journey and made sure the coach was fresh and clean. Thank you for a safe journey.
Booked Ausden Clark for my sister wedding. Cannot fault price package and service at all.nnWeddings are a stressful time for planning, our destination was for Cambridge mosque followed by drop off to restaurant for meal, then return back.nnOur coach was in immaculate condition, our driver Sean was understanding, fantastic customer service. Booking with Wendy was such at ease. I would highly recommend booking Ausden Clark for any travel requirements.nnThank you for your service.
Recently used them to take a group of 55 FE students to Plymouth and couldn’t fault the excellent service. The coach was comfortable and clean, and our driver Pindar? Not sure of the spelling but he used to live in Italy was incredibly helpful and efficient. I would certainly recommend them for any similar trips.
Driver was rude and arrogant to the students and staff and refused to drive to the appropriate destination and left us on the side of the road as well as speaking to pupils with a lack of respect threatening them not to go home due to a small amount of mud. Not happy!!!
10/10 on everything! I work as a tour guide and had to spend one week with different drivers touring around Warwickshire, Oxfordshire and London. All the drivers were super friendly and very professional. Coaches all in great condition.
