very poor customer service, went in to buy a coffee and a phone top up, i paid and left forgetting to take my top up voucher, i went back and the cashier insisted that he gave it to me when he didn't, i asked for a copy of the receipt or a transaction nr but i was told simple no. he told me you can contact paypoint but without transaction nr or any kind of transaction info its pointless. He did offer to SELL me another top up but could not help with my complaint

went there this evening, the cashier was more intrrested in his phone call than myself or the person in front of me. very poor customer service, very ignorant i wont be returning in a hurry.
