Big store. Love all the Christmas items and picture opportunities. Ques very big to be served and very slow too.
Do not use for express deliveries /click and collect. They are subcontracting uber eats without telling you. If the order goes wrong there is no way to fix it or get a refund. The colleagues at the store have not been updated on this so they have no idea how to help, customer service line also struggles to know what to do. Great help from a store colleague who has submitted a request for a refund for me but its appalling to not be transparent about this and to charge £8.50 for a service you don't yet have training or infrastructure for. Livid. Learn to walk before you run ASDA. My groceries have been left god knows where by an uber driver neither of us can contact. That is absolute madness.
Came in this morning with my son,and was met with this poorly trained customer service cafeteria staff supervisor named Sophie.Ordered a cripsy bacon and was told that they can't do it and we have to eat whatever they give.I pay good money for food and drink and expect good food not greasy bacon and cold food.Need to label the milk jug and no clear instructions how to make half spoon of regular hot chocolate..After adressing the issue with Sophie she said that that's how they operate in this food premises and she can't do anything about. Poorly organised and poor customer services. Not labelling food and beverages can lead to allergies and intolerances which could be a big problem for a big organisation such as Asda. Telling customers they have to take what they're given because things are done that way clearly shows poor training and unprofessionally on Asda's part.
Orderd a photo mug for gift Christmas it was very expensive and I'm appalled how small print on mug is this is total fail however have give gift but going back get sorted to give .however went back after Christmas took to operator she agreed it wrong .redid and I collect a decent gift Thanks . I think all mugs and gifts should be previewed by senior to avoid other dissapiontment s and give top service first time . But again good effort on correction.
The overflow carpark at the rear of ASDA Bruton Way Gloucester is always closed, why? No one at Customer Services can provide an answer!! It's particularly bad on a Friday. I originally posted this review a month ago. The overflow carpark is STILL CLOSED!!! People are parking in in the disabled and parent and child spaces when they clearly have no need.
I absolutely LOVE the sushi bar! I’ve had sushi from here so many times and I’ve never been sick and it’s just as delicious ever time! I’ve explored the rest of the store and I love the selection of more exotic stock it’s refreshing and more appealing to me than other stores! The staff here are friendly to me every time and I couldn’t ask for better service!
A well stocked ASDA. Excellent parking. Slightly larger than other ASDA's I've visited. Well laid out and well stocked. Shelves are always full. Everywhere is clean and tidy. The new self scan facility works very well. Saves a lot of time at the checkout. There seems to be fewrr staff than there used to be about a year ago. But everybody is very helpful. The new car park is excellent. With gaps between each space to allow the doors to be opened. Why don't all supermarkets do this?
Big store with lots of services inside, photo shop, clothes, gaming and electronics, bakery and others. Good selection of food products and home products too. One of the better super stores I've been too, open till 12 Am as well which is nice. Plenty of parking and theres a petrol station on top of that too.
The place is big with various choice in goods,so you won't be bored with shopping, adequate prices and understandable, easy to find products but sometimes makes it kinda labyrinth to find some import ones. Service quick,no long time in the queue due to autoservice . Polite staff Hygiene is Convenient location and easy to find.
Remove items from your order on just eat or refund them. Instead you have not sent any of the lunch items leaving my family unable to eat anything, not removed them from the order so they can be refunded and now we have to wait 7 days for just eat. That was todays budget for food so I guess we just won't be eating today. Thanks for letting my family down in the biggest cost of living crisis ever Asda - I'll be coming to see the manager next week.
