Wonderful staff who do their best to assist the many customers. I agree .. Too many machines that change too frequent and difficult for the elderly to keep abreast with the times. One star lost for the length of time one has to wait for a consultant.

The unfortunate face of modern day banking epitomised in one branch. After closing several of the smaller Barclay's branchs around Gloucester many have no option but to visit this branch, only to be faced with wall to wall machinery. It's complicated faff for those who just want human interaction with their financial dealings. With all the money Barclay's now save on reduced staff, rent and associated costs, you would think they'd give an interest rate on current accounts!!

The service is non existent in this branch compared to the branch on Bristol road. Not everyone wants to deal with a machine!

I think it's great to have machines (as long as they all work).so much quicker than waiting at the desk I'm in and out ,all you have to do is read Instructions on screen if you get stuck ask !
