Came in today and had a few things to sort out. "Shez" was the ladies name I think. Great service and really helped me out thank you. Exactly why I bank with Natwest.

Service here used to be quite slow and sluggish but has definitey improved vastly in last 3 months. They could improve by having a separate cash desk for business customers at busy times especially Fridays.
