Thank you for nothing. Came in with a toddler desperate for the toilet and found the customer toilet out of order. Begged 2 members of staff to let her use the staff toilets only to be told no.  She's now wet herself with another 40 minutes to go on our journey. I have come to expect better of you Waitrose.

This is a fantastic Shell garage. They've got the biggest court I have ever seen and the prices tend to be relatively good. They have a mini Waitrose inside which offers a rest room, alcohol selection, flowers, cards, general mini shop, hot drink counter, free cash machine and more. Very good garage with nice staff.

As garages go, you can't get much better, shame it lost its car wash in the recent Waitrose upgrade though. Shell often is rated worth the best petrol, V Power, and now has the best mini supermarket, great staff, always clean & tidy.

Lovely staff. Quick and polite. Good for popping in for essentials like Milk. Now a little Waitrose which is great!
