Poor for such a large store. 6 pm on a Thursday evening met with too many empty shelves (even for basics like skimmed milk, some vegetables). Few staff on the shop floor to help (who are great when you find them). Senior management seem to be too keen on walking the store in 2s or 3s with "clipboards". Too many empty shelves has become a far too common theme over the past 4 - 6 weeks . So, having used the store for many years, we'll be voting with our feet and going to a competitor.

Sainsbury's Epsom is a really large store offering everything. Staff are extremely helpful & polite. You can find a lot of things which other branches wouldn't have. If you have to shop at Sainsbury's then make it the Epsom store, highly recommended!!!

Slow service. Did not have ehat i ordered but only realised 10min after ordering. Managet sat chatting away in the corner through all this. Food ready but noone to bring it out. If i could give less than 1 star i would

Went twice but had a bad experience in both cases. Prices are not in the right place, so costumers have the wrong price... And the costumer service staff is not the most friendly people.
