The young lad who served me yesterday is an asset to your team I will try and find my receipt and see if there is a name on there and will add it in. Cheerful guy who was very helpful and just a ray of sunshine!
Amazing service with nothing but a smile and very considerate. They put more bread on because I requested it. Thanks, Charles, for cooking some French sticks for me. BP M&S is the only place to get fresh bread on Easter Sunday.nYUMMY
Friendly staff and usual M&S good produce
Don't plan or depend on that garage. They closed even when a bit wet ground. Usually closed 90% at night anytime delivery comes whole store shut down, think of different garage if you depend on this you run out of fuel and call recovery. It's not 24h it's 7am to 8pm
Choice of food within the m&s is good but the staff always seem to be on their phones when you visit and certainly do not provide the service you would usually get from m&s staff. Think it needs to be looked into as it really is letting down the reputation which is a shame and for the price marks and Spencer charge I expect the staff to at least engage when serving you.
