Great family friendly place to visit especially if you want an experience that is easy on the purse strings. Free parking, free visit around the farm and a lovely picnic and play area for you to enjoy with your family and children. As it is close to Birmingham Airport, the added view of planes leaving the airport at a close distance is refreshing to see.
This was a great impromptu day out, adequate parking, not as many animals as I expected though, but enough to keep a little one excited and entertained with the park and little nooks and crannies to explore. The park has lots of wild berries, and after asking permission I picked some and made elderberry syrup, which was a great post trip activity. Good toilet facilities, cafe/shop too.
Lovely little farm with free entry which is nice for once, cafe onsite selling hot food, drinks and ice creams. No dogs allowed in actual farm area. Park for kids with enough to keep them entertained. About a 20 minute walk to Birmingham airport to watch the planes set off. Free parking.
We were pleased to find this place. Free parking with a nice play area and the farm animals to look at with our 18 month old grandson. And the added bonus of a 20 min walk from there to a viewing area with benches to watch the planes landing and taking off from Birmingham airport at close quarters which he absolutely loved.
Hadnt been before, but the place is huge. About a 15 min walk to the airport runway to see the planes taking off which was good. The Big double decker Emirates plane took off while we were there as the viewing area had load of people there to see it.. Farm area had animals for the kids to see and had fun on the playground.. They also have a cafe but we didnt go to it so cant comment on it. But overall was a good day out to keep the kids occupied. Would go again!
Costs nothing to visit, car park is now extended to allow more visitors. Lots of animals to see, staff are very helpful. Park for the children, church to visit, places to watch.
Fabulous little spot, our little boy loves planes so was fab being able to sit right by the end of the runway and watch them take off and land, got a lovely picnic area and the farm was brilliant too, perfect little day out!
Very good for family and friends their is a small farm and a park. Which my kids really enjoyed. If your into plane spotting walk half a mile down the field and you can see planes landing every 15 mins. Good place to have a picknick aswell.
It's a nice place to visit. Some animals play area for kids and a big place for a walk. Also can see plains take of 15 mins walk within the park
A great place to take the kids with loads of space for them to run around and play. There is also a fenced play park with swings and slides and more where they can play safely under ther watchful eye of their parents. Along side the play park is a small city farm with a fenced padock where the kids watch the animals. The farm is free to enter. There is ample free parking too.
